Yes. I am still alive.

Like most things in life, it is much easier to start something than to continue with the same charisma and enthusiasm day in and day out. It is true, Wonderful People of the Internet, that I have taken what some would call a sabbatical over this past year(s) (holy god it really has been that long, hasn't it????)

What brings me to jump back into this crazy scene of blogging is that frankly, I'm bored. Ta. Da. Makes you feel special, right? I thought so. You're Welcome.

I would love to tell you that while I have been away, I have been doing important work - like saving an endangered species or going on a personal journey to find myself all Eat Pray Love style, but then I would be lying. Horribly. Outrageously so. In the time that I have been away - my life has changed in many ways, but I have not gone all Mother Theresa. Hell to the no. Here is what I have been up to:

1. I bought a house. That needs work. And is slowly trying to bankrupt and drive me to the looney bin all at once.

2. I bought a dog. That needs trained. And is slowly trying to bankrupt and drive me to the looney bin all at once.

3. I bought an iphone. That I need to be trained how to use. And is slowly trying to bankrupt and drive me to the looney bin all at once.

The moral of this story is that these days I am buying way more rum. And it is delicious. Thank you Captain Morgan for not trying to bankrupt and drive me to the looney bin all at once.
